frick off. I said in my first post in this thread that this would make me look like an a-hole, because I bought into what most people who disregard Dandy Don bought into. He was widely regarded to be a Michigan lock, and his comments after visiting LSU did nothing to dispute that.

I'm not worried about DickRod AT ALL. It takes a special coach (in a bad way) to go 3-9 at Michigan. Lack of discipline, players and coaches getting into fights, guys transferring and decommiting, poor conditioning... it's like a circus. And believe it or not, I like when Michigan's good. But it's obvious after one season it won't work out.

What makes you so sure that he'll get the guys he wants anyway? OSU and PSU basically have the region locked down, along with ND. Nationally, who would want to go to Michigan now?

I was pretty quick to point out that a source I trust (Sonny of TSD) offered a different take on the situation. I must give props to Dandy Don, even if Campbell doesn't wind up at LSU he at least threw a contrary opinion into the mix when everyone thought he was a Michigan lock.

who the hell would want to go to coal miner's hell inn WV to play? ..but he got players out of Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, etc. out of the SEC's backyard
He has Tate Forcier to run that offense now and has perfect system guys like Gallon coming in. He'll have them rolling in a couple of years, count on it
