It does sound funny but all the interviews of Texas recruits that I have seen lately have had TCU listed as a cofavorite. Whether or not TCU closes on these guys remains to be seen. Surely not. But the recruits are noticing them

And they did get Ladarius Brown last year. A Texas Top 10 talent that was deciding between A&M and TCU and chose TCU

Please... Les ain't studying TCU or the team we throttled in their home state in the Cotton Bowl.

You know the deal, once he gets a LSU offer he will be a tiger. Nice try though

It's possible but if I was a RB I'd jump all over the chance to run behind the A&M line that Sherman has put together. And add Mike Mathews to that list. He committed today

Which is still nowhere close to the line that Miles has and is putting together

Bourque will be a Tiger, plain and simple.

I always love this from A&M fans (from that topic on Texags):

and Kyle Field is louder than Death Valley

As a former Aggie, that is a flat out lie that they will never let go of. I love going on that site and seeing that there may not be a bigger group of homers in the nation.

Their false sense of confidence in getting Bourque makes me laugh as well/creating a "pipeline" into LA. You create a "pipeline" when you steal prospects away from the big schools in the state

Danzell Devall and Lorenzo Phillips both hold LSU offers and both claim A&M as their top school at the moment

and I have said nothing about stadium noise but Oregon's is the loudest. It's been proven. LSU and A&Ms stadiums are similar in noise IMO. Death Valley gets louder but A&M stays loud for longer

Let me guess you’re ~22? I hope so, if not you are an idiot or not a smart football fan, or probably both.

Even your “yes men” that are littered about this board won’t blindly swallow this load.

Fact: LSU is going to get theirs, it’s been proven. With such confidence why waste your time slinging mud?

Bourque will be a Tiger. That one is over as soon as we offer. Not a secret.Devall and phillips are being recruited for the same position at TAM and we are recruiting both.Phillips is wanted more and will very likely be a Tiger even though he does like TAM a lot.He just likes LSU more.Devall is a question mark.He seems to want to rush the passer and the TAM position that Miller played fits him well. Some say he's LSU's to lose but I get the feeling most of those people are saying that only because he's from LA.Will be interesting to see how those 2 play out but I'm very confident that Bourque and Phillips will be Tigers.Devall not so much.

All three have been quoted as saying they didn't grow up rooting for the Tigers and that they don't consider themselves Tiger fans. Of course that was while talking to a reporter from an A&M website so take it FWIW.

I don't think A&M has room for both Phillips and Devall but do think the Ags get one of them.

And we have offered Bourque but as a RB and the Ags are really high on Jon Gray and Trey Williams. I think Jon Gray goes to TCU and Trey Williams to A&M so I don't know if Bourque would still want to go to A&M if Williams does

You are probably right about the TAM situation with Phillips and Devall.Phillips is getting more push from LSU so it looks like he's the priority.Seems very much like his family will be a very important factor in where he ends up.Bourque has said he didn't grow up a LSU fan but has also said that he would like to stay instate and play for LSU.Just waiting on the offer. We are recruiting as a wr but likely will get a look at RB if he truly wants to.Think he'll change his mind once he sees the depth we have at RB.He can play Rb d1 though.I'm really high on his talent.

Decarlos Francis
Justin Thomas
Corey Thompson(good)
Kendall Sanders(some say he's the best CB in Texas)
