re: Why does there seem to be a struggle to get Defensive commitments?

Yeah this is so dumb... Like grammar is a measuring stick of wit and smarts lmfao, I know Drs that are almost illiterate and some Engineers that also screw some words up. I bet they can still write a freakn stress formula with thier eyes closed. These people are the ones that are really nothing in life and have to come on here to correct others to make themselves feel important and it's so freakn sad. Not the fact that people do it but the fact that we have soooooo freakn many on these boards. Trust me I'm NOT concerned if someone mis spells a word nor do I point it out IF I catch it. I'm still who I am even if I miss a word or two lol and I love my life!! I work with Engineers all the time and they are smart as frick (some) even if they can't spell.
