Who remembers Sammy Seamster from Minden?

Great junior year and then Ronnie Whatley for some unknown reason decided to make him a wide out for most of his senior season.
Had some decent runs at LSU, but could never get much playing time.

I grew up in Minden and went back to homecoming his junior year and thought he was as good as I have seem. I didn't go back for a few years and did not hear much about him any more. I guess the position change explains that!
