DJ is so close to committing that he didn't even visit when his family came to Baton Rouge.
Because Emperor Swinney doesn't allow commits to visit other schools once they commit.

Jesus, i didn't realize what i was getting myself into. I did not realize that we aren't allowed to talk about which players are going to get processed. This is all part of the process in big time college recruiting.
Speculation + Names = Bad

We all know it is going to happen. It has to, but the worst possible thing is rampant speculation about Recruit X who is going to get processed only to find out later he wasn't going to be.

Can speculate, but without names.

Could name names, if it wasn't speculation (not possible at this time).

Nothing personal, everyone on every board who tries and speculates on what commit might not sign with LSU is asked to drop it.
Commits should not have to read that speculation, especially since fans are almost always wrong and do not know what coaches are thinking or the current commits.
Every year I’ve read LSU has too few spots and we end up signing 23 or 24!
This year granted worse than most for the coaches to figure out.

I mean it's tough to think about. Vol said in his class finish thread that if someone held a gun to his head, he'd say that we keep the two we have.

With that said, if DJ U wants in (which has been hinted), you have to take him. I like him better than Caleb Williams because he seems to operate an offense similar to ours. He throws lots of slants over the middle, etc, and seems to command the pocket well.

However, both Max and TJ are said to be all-in. I don't think either are as sure-fired a bet as DJ, and it seems TJ needs to work on footwork, accuracy, and pocket awareness from all accounts. But, he recruits like hell for LSU.

Max seems to have all the tools, but he plays on an awful team and it's hard to get a read on how much of a project he is.

So, without saying who would move on, I think it's going to be tough on the coaches, and they just may feel it's not worth the headache of taking someone else. But, quarterback is a critical piece of championship teams.

PLAYERS ARE FAMILY!

DON'T TALK ABOUT WHO MIGHT BE EXPELLED FROM OUR FAMILY!

If for any reason they are given Grayshirts, Brownshirts or walking papers for whatever reason, it happened.

My objection is that I don't want to hurt a kid's feelings.

If that isn't enough for you, think about what such discussions might do to our recruits and their coaches re LSU's future recruiting.

Yes. It’s why I’m reading the recruiting board on an LSU website looking for open discussion about LSU recruiting

Most of you guys have no clue what you are talking about in regards to recruiting. Recruits for the most pay no attention to message board chatter, and by some chance if they do, having hurt feelings at this point in the game is not part of their nature.
