Might not have the grades. That's a guess on my part though. Kid is talented though.

You never know what schools/recruiters look at. I remember seeing a kid play at my kids school. He never had less than 100 yards in a game. Many games he had greater than 200 yard games and when he hit a hole in would run away from people in the open field. This was 5A level and guys he played against currently play for LSU like Maason Smith or other major colleges. He was 5’7” 210 lbs. I didn’t think he was necessarily sec level but I thought sun belt and if not there definitely southland level for sure. He received zero offers. Maybe it was grades. I have no idea what his grades were but I found recruiting of some HS kids strange especially RBs.

Coaches put him in under water basket weaving classes so he could play football. He's not eligible to sign with a 4 year school!
