The early days of the recruiting board was a pretty tight knit group and we didn't let tRant nonsense infiltrate except on NSD when it was inevitable.
I'll see if I can find any of the old threads. I was contemplating on entering into the journalism industry to follow recruiting but decided it didn't pay worth a damn. I wrote a few articles when I was in college and made a couple hundred bucks...but the amount of time it took to deliver well-researched content meant I was earning below minimum wage.

Yes! Someone should start a thread with some old classic recruiting threads.

I still lurk from time to time. But it’s an over saturation of information and speculation. And the hat dance and press conferences have gotten a bit out of hand.

I used to post on this board more than any other from around 2013-2015. Just got tired of how pointless recruiting can be at times.
