When do we see some commits?

Are we still in that extended dead period? If not, when do we see some of this class start to give commitments again?

Most of our top targets are holding out
For example
BTJ
Foreman
Smith
Leigh
Maybe sage Ryan
The only one I could really see committing soon is langlois and maybe flip that Tennessee commit

Btj is no longer a feasible option id say possibly Sturdivant due to nuss, Foreman, yes, Smith yes, Leigh is beginning to slip, and Sage will possibly be soon depending on where his recruitment is.

If you look at the boards, no one is adding right now, so I’m wondering if the restrictions are still in place

Nobody wants to commit to 1-2 LSU right now and if the defense doesn't turn things around we could be in for a major letdown. A swing and a miss on all of our top remaining recruits isn't that far fetched anymore.

Did you forget our title game and that these guys can come in and start right away? recruits want to play for coach O and for LSU to get a big pay day on draft day (NFLSU). Oklahoma is garbage and they are recruiting good right now

Yes it's a dead period till January I think .its been dead since March I believe or sometime around covid starting to spread. That means we got multiple commits during dead period . That's why we had all the targets come to br without the coaches or staff of any kind.
It's slow now because high school and college football seasons are going on and a lot of players are concentrating on that

Were not gonna miss on everybody just because of one bad season after losing everyone..we will get at least one of smith ,ryan, leigh, foreman.
Sage ryan and maason smith are coming to lsu and foreman too if hes serious about the package deal

I would think the potential of early playing time ,along with all the 1st and 2 rounders we put out recently, outweighs struggling for a year
