There's some talent there. It's hard to believe Nuss was as bad as he was. The wr corps was really bad without AA. Zavion did the best he could. I will say I am one of the ones who hopes Wilson has seen his last days on staff. His rb rotation was absolute puke. In fact, I wish he wouldn't be allowed to coach the bowl game. He was unimpressive as heck vs Oklahoma.

He was at A&M when they were landing big fish. Great culture fit with youngsters. Energetic and would be a great pull for us.

Saw this pop up a few minutes ago. Would be thrilled with him as our Dline coach. Solid development and an EXCELLENT recruiter.
It is a little confusing considering baker is more than likely leaving for Tulane that we’d hire a Dline coach before a DC (assuming baker leaves)

No slight meant. Just passing along what the recruiting guys are saying on their podcasts. They also mentioned the OM connection, but it seems like GT is all-in on him where he may not be our top priority. Not sure if OM is going to throw a big bag to try to get back in it.

I agree. And Hankton did just as poor of a job with the WRs. Just look at how inconsistent the hands were outside of AA, Thomas and maybe Parker (although even he had one bad game). We should see a big jump here.
