What the number we can take this year?

I've seen 27 as the number, but I'm not sure on that

We are going to have some serious attrition to get 27 this year

When it is all complete you can have 85 on Scholarship. Your 27 less graduates, those who go to NFL, transfer, etc. and those already on Scholarship must equal 85. Also sometimes they give a Scholarship to a Walk On. Then they may ask someone to do a Grey Shirt. Also you can back count some that come in at Mid Year. I am sure that Miles has nights when all these numbers go round and round in his head!!

25-27.......we will have a good number of seniors + NFL early exit juniors.......we keep feeding the NFL and keep refreshing our roster.......THAT IS A GOOD THING!
More than ever, Les Miles has established himself as an iconic leader, he did it through deeds of coaching and clever utiliation of the social media.....he is loved and admired and he is REAL.
I for one, will humbly admit that I criticized him a great deal and I did not understand his "style," I still don't but he seems to gain the trust and admiration of players and families. He never criticizes nor maligns the opposing coaches, PEOPLE LIKE THAT ATTRIBUTE, ESPECIALLY PARENTS AND THE YOUNG PEOPLE HE IS RECRUITING. Just remember, those young folks may be inexperienced in years but they do not lack the wisdom required to see through the people who get in their ear and those who lie with impugnity.
