but it's bumfrick just like Auburn is bumfrick.

we have malls, 3 elite golf courses, etc. does auburn?

i'm not claiming LC is a huge metropolis, but it's about 100 times more urban than auburn. and i did not go to school in LC

you showed me by being from NOLA yet knowing for a fact that college is better in small towns than cities!!!!!

Just cause Im from Nola doesnt mean anything. I have a ton of friends that went to Ole Miss & loved it. People who grow up in big cities their entire life want to experince something different. I chose LSU. However, I can understand why they like it. Coming on here and bashing small town schools makes you sound like a 12 year old. Many people from big cities choose small college towns to live somewhere different.

USC had Reggie Bush and has McKnight. UT runs a spread.

My comment makes a bunch of sense. Name a smaller back that your current staff has used even semi extensively.

Of course a moron would come with a weak arse comment like this.

1) He isn't even considering Bama.

2) My comments about Seastrunk and LSU are exactly the same for him and Bama.

Whats the point of arguing? My argument is saying small college towns are not as bad as people are making them out to be, and sometimes better than big city schools. All yall wanna do is bash them. I went to a big city school but also understand why someone would choose a small college town. Is that irrational?

who is talking about Oxford? We're talking about Auburn being a nothing town, which it is. If you are a desperate douche who actually thinks Supper Club and Bodega's are awesome and loaded with hotties or that the town isnt justcow pastures and Huddle Houses, thats your problem but that doesnt make it fact.

I wouldn't bash any college towns. I had the good fortune to play in touring rock bands in my late teens, early twenties.. and our specialty was frats.

I played at Starkville, Tuscaloosa, Auburn, Shreveport, (I forget where Ole Miss is), Knoxville and Athens. The only bad experience with any of those gigs was playing the weekend Bear died. A rock band playing at a city-wide funeral doesn't work.

You realize that you can easily take the inverse of this and apply it to yourself, right?

So does most teams these days.

LSU featured Hester.

LSU featured Scott.

LSU featured Vincent.

LSU has featured plenty of backs. We haven't featured one like Lache, because we haven't had one like Lache since Faulk.

Definetly comparable to Auburn in size.

Thats right, me and my friends had a great time their last road trip and thought it was a nice college town. We have a problem. How did we ever make it through college and will we ever make it in life?

you've yet to make a valid point and uses LOL in every other sentence yet others come off as young and immature

Go back to starting those awesome chop block threads while you try to hide that you're and Auburn fan.

nah, you were originally stating that the "college experience" in new orleans or los angeles can't match that of oxford or auburn, which is beyond ridiculous. obviously everyone has different preferences, but to act like small town college life is definitely greater than college life in a big city, which you initially were, is just wrong
