Usually also Tigerburger(half and undressed), Canes, Krispy Kreme, Mockler Budweiser, Coca Cola, and plenty of local small cajun style caterers looking to get their names out there(think Drusilla and Mike Anderson menu fare), etc..
With the continued mediocre economy(and particularly bad restaurant climate), the lackluster LSU seasons of recent, and a recruiting class largely long filled, will be curious, if this year meets previous turnouts, or will there be a continued donated vendors slide?

You will probably see more popeyes this year because Canes is no longer a main sponsor for LSU. They were outbid last september.

Poche's will be there this year, I think they usually have boudin, maybe other stuff too.

I was there helping set up earlier. Rotolo's will be there as well as Ralph's(if you consider that a resturant), Parrians and Chimes. there are some others I can't remember right now.
