What % of kids who sign flip or never attend/play for the college they signed with?

These signing days don't really mean anything because any of these kids can change their minds

Never said what if...just said signing doesn't mean anything. There is no contractual obligation.

Once the LOI is faxed in there is if they want to play D1, not lose a transfer, and be able to play that year.
As for guys who have a commitment ceremony and then change their mind before the LOI, I think I may have heard of that happening 2 or 3 times in the last 15-20 years.
Guys who never make it to any D1 campus for various reasons are something totally different. That I think I've seen maybe a few dozen times, usually for grades or arrests.
