Either Higgins from Parkview Baptist. Looks to be getting interest from other SEC schools.

Or better yet, Murray from Byrd. Has offers, top one being a full ride to Maryland. Georgia has been big on him early though. Hopefully LSU offers and makes it tough to leave the state. He’s the best kicker in the class.

Kickers are important.

Sometimes they can win you or lose you a game.

We seem to offer a scholarship in that position every 2 years, so we’re due. I imagine we’ll offer this summer. Wish we could get an early grad as well.

Maybe we take a transfer instead. anyone know a kicker who recently committed to an SEC school who would've loved to play for LSU?

Maybe get Brek from ULL. You see their kicker might be the first one drafted…crazy how good Kenny is.

His first road game, backup during his redshirt year, will be to Tiger Stadium. That is so cool. He’ll be warming up out there on the field (I’ll probably have to get there as soon as they open the gates to see it…but I can’t wait) before and at halftime.

Hopefully the schedules align where he gets a start here…LSU has one of the easier stadium records to break at 56 yards. Hopefully he can get one of those on the road during his SEC career.

Murray has 56 yards in him every day…I hope he breaks it for LSU. Gonna have to push/pay for him though. Get the man.

There’s no expectation of a PK competition at UF this summer…but Ev’ll train like hell for the month leading up to the move anyway.

Looks like Tulane used 3 kickers last year…does Jacob have eligibility left?

Does BK never figure out that his ST Play has cost him mininum 1-2games year. Short/poor punting not flipping the field and FG kicking that can’t even make a 45yd on a consistent basis. HS kids make 55yd FGs lsu luckily to make 1-2 @45yds. Get Coach McMahon back for STs.

It’s arrogance. Saban DGAF about special teams because he was that good. Kelly thinks he’s that good.

I do not believe he has eligibility remaining - but I am not positive. I think there will definitely be a good competition over summer at Tulane for PK and Kickoffs.

Three kickers right now for summer- Durkin, Marini, and Cooper. Could also see an add from the portal as well to get some experience. Will be interesting to watch how it works out.

Hope all is well with your son, I assume he is enrolling over the summer?

Ev got a phone call to kick with Grupe and your boy this upcoming weekend…that’s an amazing opportunity. Ev is flying up to Nashville to go to his girlfriend’s prom, so he had to decline. Hope Cooper enjoys that (who knows with Adam…if you hadn’t heard). I’d love to see how Grupe does it. Cooper is going to look funny next to him.

Evan moves in two months from today.

They are working out on Saturday - I heard Ev could not make it, I know Cooper and some of the other guys were hoping to see him. Kicking with Grupe will be cool to watch. They have a camp Sunday as well.

Cooper is working hard - he is reporting on May 25 so its coming quick. May also send him to Buffalo for a week in April to get some more work in with Adam and Briggs.

Is Ev still making College Camp and working Top 40 in Orlando?

I didn’t remember the Dutchtown camp…guess Evan is missing that as well. He’s never been to formal dance…but this weekend is Nashville for her prom and next weekend is here for his…different tuxes for each.

I know Adam told the coordinator about those summer dates…but not sure how it’ll go. He’ll be able to drive there in under 2 hours.

Gotta make prom(s), high school is ending, he needs to have fun!

Hopefully he can make Orlando. I know Cooper is looking forward to it.

Going to be an interesting CFB season watching all the boys competing and training!
