Now it's time to quit giving a shite until AFTER ESD and NSD (although that later date means nothing).

Definitely put too much stock in the decisions of 18 year olds who change their minds constantly. At 18, most guys are unsure about everything and only want to commit to the easiest piece of a$$ they can get their hands on. Take some deep breaths, relax.

How many times do we have to lower expectations?
If we can't even finish ranked then we should be able to at least have recruits to get excited about.
It's essentially like saying - yeah you duck now but don't think about the future either.
Well why give a frick at all?
Why not just check 20 years from now and see if LSU won anything in the past 2 decades?

This is fact. From 2010ish until guys like Arik Gilbirt and Eli Ricks I use to follow recruiting pretty religiously and would absolutely melt if we lost a guy like we just did with Philips and Underwood. In this era, you just can't follow recruiting anymore. Even if we get a guy to commit out of HS, not guarantee he commits to his sophomore year. A guy make it for HS all the way to a senior?! Rare. Work the portal and we will be fine.
