He's not a good player *yet* but he would hardly be the first big man to take a few years to develop into one.
I'd like to keep him, all things considered. I could see him being a real defensive player with some development.

When he plays with a high motor he’s at his best. He kind of just glides out there at times. I think Wade and company can get him playing harder more consistently.
