If Mullen is hired, I don't think there will be too many implications. They might lose a recruit or two this year, but they will be fine in the near future

The U has no coach and now UF has no coach so the FSU coach should be licking his lips about now!!!

I agree, if Mullen is named early then I think UF doesn't lose much. However, I don't see this thing playing out fast but I have nothing to base that on.

I think they lose some guys for this year with the uncertainty.

this will definitely affect long-term recruiting. Meyer was an excellent coach, and personable recruiter

Couldn't we just bump the thread from last year?

I wouldn't mind seeing a few threads bumped just to revisit the lies he told last years recruiting class.

I really don't get the lovefest for Dak. I think he is close to Jefferson in many regards. I would take Bridgewater WAY before Dak

He's got a quicker release and a much stronger arm. They do run kinda the same though

I actually feel Jefferson has a stronger arm than Dak. Dak has a little more wiggle than Jefferson, but I just think he plays too close to Jefferson

I'll be the first to admit i dont know a lot about Dak, but ive seen all i need to about Bridgewater. That kid is going to be a stud. I'll take TB any day all day.

A.C. Leonard was already on the fence, and many expected him to switch to Alabama. I think this will push him onto our side for sure.

Well he's not all world but I already like him tons more than Jefferson. The kid has been playing QB since a kid and has been coached and mentored by a very good High School coach. Jefferson on the other hand played QB for only 2 years and that was his Jr & Sr year. When I went to see Dak play a few weeks ago I was very impressed with him in all facets of his game and walked away wondering why LSU wasn't all over him months ago.

I can't say anything about how he compares to Jefferson, but he does seem to go through his progressions and look at different receivers.
