Fact is, Tigerbait has scouts who actually SCOUT Louisiana prospects, and has followed them for THREE YEARS. They don't go off of Offer List, they don't go off of who is committed to where.
They go off of their camp production and how they did against each other.

Go look at the link in the OP and read under the rankings heading and it will say TigerBait Louisiana top 25. Those are the rankings done by the Tiger bait staff so they're different than the Rivals rankings.
Now go look at the link you provided and read under the rankings heading and you'll see that the Alabama list is the RIVALS rankings for the state of Alabama. That is why they're the exact same as the Rivals rankings. If TideInsider or whatever the site is called did their own list then there would be some differences. Go look at the Rivals state rankings and you'll see that the LA rankings on that list will also follow the Rivals rankings because both are done by Rivals.

John Thomas is the 15th rate TE. After all this is about Tigerbait which is a Rivals site, so it would make sense to use their rankings.

Then why are they a member of Rivals? Shouldn't they go independent if they are going to pump LSU commits without even trying to appear transparent?

They've been doing it for years, jack arse. Even years when LA was completely loaded(last year) they had some discrepancy in the Tigerbait rankings and Rivals State rankings.
Some are good that favor LSU recruits, some don't.
