If you want to get back home regularly, that's a pretty big difference.

OM is a 4 hour drive from Kentwood. Not really like it's a hop and a skip away. Having to get a hotel over night for family equals expensive or getting home at the late hours of the morning. As opposed to the Hour and a half drive tops with traffic to BR.

If the coaches are comfortable with him and want him here, then I'm most definitely on board with getting Carter.
Our staff knows the kid and they do their diligence on players and character. And for the most part, they've been pretty much spot on in those situations. Some people make mistakes, especially at that age, but they learn and grow from them. Some people make mistakes and don't learn or grow from them. Those are the ones you gotta watch out for. Making a mistake doesn't make you a bad person.
I trust our staff when it comes to situations like this. If they still want Carter, then I do as well.
