track speed
he has track speed, but I think he still has some shake too, which Trindon didn't have.

He has some wiggle w/ that track speed... I am sure he will start out as a KR/PR..Get some speed sweeps in the slot...
He def as to work on his WR skills.. He ended up at QB this year and didnt get the coaching he needs... I also think he could end up a CB w/ Saban working with him.. He needs to redshirt

He's very fast, very skinny, and not remotely ready to be an immediate receiver contributor much less a top 40 player in the country. His name was absent all week.

You can teach him how to run better routes, catch better, BUT you can't teach him to run that fast. WOW it should be Landry and Slyve WRs for LSU this year. T Reed last year Slyve this year,

Not necessarily on either of those two. There are guys that will never run great routes and never have great hands. Sylve has shown my nothing outside of his speed, which is certainly a good quality but he hasn't done anything all week to justify that rank. Landry has done it all though. Landry is a complete player already at Sylve is an athlete that could be a very good player or go the way of Kenny Bell.

At his best, Sylve has the potential to be a DeSean Jackson or Skyler Green type player. He has elite speed and good moves.
I was going to throw Joe Adams in there as well but Sylve is not as tough or physical as Adams.

Sylve is not a pound over 165, and is about 6' 2". He is TINY. He is fast, but I look forward to him meeting Jenkins and Collins in press coverage.

True.
Painfully true for piggies.

I don't get the venom you guys shoot at Kenny Bell.
He played this year as a red shirt freshman. He will play more next year and the year after. It seems like sour grapes to me.

Some of it is sour grapes, no doubt.
Still, the reality is that Bell is a dime a dozen player. I would not trade any of the WRs we got last year (Wright, Boone, Fobbs, Williams) for him and of course I would not trade Landry for him. He is not someone we feel we missed out on, hence it is easy for a sour fan to belittle his existence.
His flipping to bama on NSD caused the sour grapes...not the pain from the loss of him. It was annoying but not painful.

Actually Xavier carter is better bc at least carter had 1 yd on a ko return. Sylve has 0 yards in college

I don't know about that. His speed alone makes him a pretty good prospect.

No..... he's not that good, but he has in fact broken the line up as a red shirt freshman in a WR group that isn't shabby. You guys at LSU get amazing WR's so it doesn't sting, but Kenny isn't going to be a bust. I'm happy we got him and I think Bradley Sylve is a better prospect than Kenny. I've seen him play in person and I couldn't be happier that he'll be a part of the Crimson Tide. There aren't many players anywhere that have speed like Sylve and he's a good football player. I've seen him play damn near every position on the field. He's not one of those kids who is only fast... he's a football player first.

no one continuously fricks up height and weights more than you do

Bradley Sylve is an inch or two taller and 15 pounds heavier than Marquis Maze coming out of highschool, and according to you guys might be faster with more shake. Maze had hands of stone out of highschool as well, he was projected as an athlete.
couldnt tell that now though.
Basically, while he can fit return roles and such, we will most likely work on his hands, which we have done before.
