TW’s commitment would be a huge boost, not worried what critics will say. KY and Duke seem to get big names every year, why not LSU MBB?

IDK why. Arizona has the number 1 class in the nation and their coach was subpoenaed as well as Wade. Louisville, Kansas and NC State were all named in the FBI indictment and Kansas has a pretty highly ranked recruiting class right now. Why would only Wade and LSU get the backlash? Why would we be worried? Worried about a bunch of thumb sucking half-arse journalist blaming WW for all the corruption in college basketball? No, I am not worried in the slightest, and neither is Trendon Mfing Watford!

We are getting Watford, but those two players are going to Arkansas. We need to go after some good grad transfers and there are plenty out there.

All of the fake outrage, moral high-grounders, and timid worriers about our reputation really bug me, and the hypocritical media types piss me off the most. No doubt Wade made some rookie mistakes but lets not pretend that the field is not fair because everyone is playing the game, some better than others.
If their stance is that Wade deserves to be canned because he was sloppy and exposed what's actually going on, I'm OK with that. People often get fired for a slip of the tongue.
If their stance is that Wade should be canned along with everyone else that has been implicated and we should have a widespread investigation, clean house in the entire league, maybe change some rules, and restart things from the ground up, I'm OK with that too.
Otherwise, they can take their collective opinions and choke on them as far as I'm concerned, and if the NCAA attempts to perpetrate selective enforcement like they have in the past, we should fight it vigorously.
I know I'm adding to the problem with this, but we should stop worrying about it, stop talking about it, ignore the tools who try to keep the narrative going, and dare the NCAA to attempt selective enforcement on us.

No chance Sy ends up at Arkansas. I think he will end up at Ole Miss if doesn't come to LSU.
