So if the rules are suppose to be like Lacrosse:

I guess 2020s really wouldn't be affected because it would only be about a 3 month lapse in time before you could start talking again but 2021s,2022 would really feel it without communicating anymore till Sept 1 of their Jr year...

I did read all of that but that doesn’t state how it effect kids that are already committed... That’s why I posted what I did... There has to be at least 200 or 300 kids committed for the class of 2020 and another 100 for 2021s just was wondering what effects it has on those kids

Like I said before, the coaches I hosted last week, Jo Evans of Texas A&M and Mike White of Oregon, both said they weren't of that effect yet. It's the $64,000 question that we may end up not knowing for 4 years.
