Just wanted to get some opinions on who are some of the guys that would normally be takes by LSU if this years class wasn't so loaded. Another reason I started this thread, I recently read Cameron Sims plans on participating in a SE Combine starting July 10.

I got this strange feeling that one of them will be in our class...not sure which one but I would be happy with either...both are really good RB's IMO

I don't think that this is what the OP was asking. Cam, Noil, those guys are being recruited by LSU, whether they sign or not. He's asking who would have gotten offers from LSU if the talent pool this year wasn't so deep.

I actually think Williams will be at LSU. All we gotta do is offer him, and hes committed. He understands that we are just waiting to see whats gonna happen with LF. And is LF comes to LSU, like i believe he is, we will still need to take another RB. Blue, Hill, and Hilliard all could go pro next year. Pretty certain HIll and Blue are pretty much locks to go pro. That would leave us with Hilliard and Magee. And I wouldnt be surprised if Hilliard goes pro too. Not too many guys I would take over Williams. Hes a tough, blue collar kind of guy, that isnt afraid to compete against others and willing to do the work. Might not come in and be an immediate starter, especially if we get LF, but will be a special team stud at first, bide his time and put in the work, and will take advantage of every opportunity he has to get the ball. He really does remind me a lot of Alfred Blue. IMO, Williams is a take no matter what.
