Looking at the board it looks like the Aggies have like 5 more 5 stars that are supposed to be locks. They may pull the greatest class ever in the first true NIL offseason. It’s not a coincidence.

So yeah it’s having a massive impact. It’s ridiculous

No one knows how this is going to end up but I have a feeling it's going to end up biting them in the a$$ at some point.

I'm pleased with our day and it's only going to get better.

Yes and no.

Yes, they have more money than Jesus. But most are locked into pledging that money to foundations/academia than they are athletics. They want results first. Example: look at when UT went after Saban 12 years or so ago. Bama damn sure doesn’t have the overall war chest that UT does; they just care more about athletics.

Aggy is no different.

And we aren’t talking about your podnuh that can squeeze off $1M/year for athletics. We are talking true FU money, of which UT and Aggy have plenty of those boosters. The real money folks in this state just that aren’t into athletics.

Saban is an absolute Generalissimo at Bama, he's not going to deal with UT's booster bullshite or the woke Austin crowd, BAMA is the premier job, Texas isnt a top coaching destination. I mean they just had to hire a drunk.

It will still come down to development and culture. We've had highly ranked classes that didn't pan out and/or mostly left. We'll see how Kelly and the staff works with a solid (not great) class and incorporates the portal signings. Class ranking will go up in years to come, simply from having an established staff to work with in recruiting. We clearly lost guys this cycle bc of not having an established relationship with recruits (not Kelly's fault).

The schools are not using their endowments if that’s what you mean.
