Here's the Rice tightrope pic from the 1st day of the opening. I have others & even some live pics from the iPhone. The Nike campus is amazing & it was awesome to see some local talent in this type of event.

Nice to see that all 4 current LSU commits are on the same team as Justin Fields and John Emery.
Team Mach Speed has: M Baskerville, K Joseph, N Jenkins, A Anderson (along with Fields & Emery)
Team Vapor Speed has: J Rogers, T Marshall, B Eagles, J Chase, A Cook, J Green

Micah Baskerville and Nelson Jenkins will get pretty good bumps after this IMO, as well as Jamarr Chase. I badly hope we get Jamarr Chase tomorrow. I want him in this class.

It won't be LSU on the 3rd, but it's still possible he ends up at LSU.

Last year there was a ton of coverage of The Opening (Drills, Recruiting Specials, 7v7, etc)
I don't see any of this listed on ESPNU (U-Verse channel guide).

When I stopped by no media was allowed. Nike is documenting everything. They have a Nike Media tent set up with tons of technology to document every move of this event. I'm sure it will be edited & put out at some point after the event has ended.

Thanks for the follow-up. It's a departure from the live coverage we've seen the last few years, but good to know we should see some version of it later. I wonder if something happened last year to cause this change. Or pretty sure in the end it's about $$$.
