LSU recruited him hard, rumor has it he wanted to come to LSU at one point but Dad wanted him at Bama.

Can y’all stop with this lol. He was the #8 overall QB recruit in the country in 2019 and a top 180 player overall. He had offers from Alabama, LSU, Florida, Oregon, Michigan, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Utah, South Carolina, and others. He’s definitely a Power 5 player...

Because in the back of everyone’s mind they thought “hey there might be a good chance this guy is just like Tua.”
All I’m saying is that he isn’t a P5 QB. I have no reason to hate on him now and I’ll still say it.
