Here we talk about recruits. This kid plays a position where we need players. I brought him up for discussion so if LSU gets on him we'd know a little about him.

If you see top prospects within the state and they haven’t committed to a major program yet, it is likely that they may not qualify academically. So a staff may place them in Juco and hope to get them back when they are done there.
