but it is currently a PWO
Ugh, that sucks. This site is usually spot on, since every coach calls Jamie before they offer.

I can confirm every other entry to #11 are correct.
Cooper is very much being discussed…”He listens.” Is a very good compliment from a professional coach.

What about the Shultz boy?

Kohls has it listed as a scholarship on their website but right now its PWO, just some confusion there. Cooper has really put a lot of work in trying to improve and has responded well to the coaching he has received.
Lots of talented specialists in the 2025 class!

Yessir. When they say ‘he listens’ that means he’s 100% capable as well. Good kid. Stud. Love to see him in Purple and Gold.

I’d say so. Went to the 6 Kohl’s national invitationals since my son played his Freshman season…they definitely got tougher and tougher.
All that matters is you perform in front of the college coaches if you’re lucky enough to get a shot. Crazy that it’s like taking a class for four years (my son’s been with Cooper’s coaches for 6 years) only for the finals to count. Build belief the whole time though…I think Cooper’s right there…ready for any final someone wants to give him. Wish him the best.

Think he changed a bit of form before the summer college camps and struggled a bit…but he’s won camps I’ve been to with the best kids in the country. Have hung out with his family over the years, was really pulling for him at LSU…it fits their story perfectly. Maybe one day.

Thanks for the support of Cooper,. We have seen and learned a lot at those camps. Cooper really only started seriously kicking three years ago, and has been with the coaches for about a year - they have really helped develop him and the camps put you in situations where you have to perform.
Saw your son in Orlando and Gatlinburg, he has definitely earned the attention he has received, very accurate, consistent, unshakeable.
I agree that it is crazy that the whole process does come down to performing at that one time when you get it, but that is the job!

Not even close. No one else on his high school team will play college football.
What a dick

He goes to an all boys Catholic school that had 5 kids register for football in my son’s class. No one plays a sole position (they dressed out Jr high kids to make it look like we had a sideline). First round of the playoffs the other team scored 42 in the first half (12 minute 1/4s) and the clock was free running mid way through the second 1/4. They didn’t even stop the clock between 3rd and 4th 1/4s. IDK if you’ve ever seen that…but yea. So our coach calls a timeout (not even sure that’s legit with a running clock) with 2 seconds left so my son could try a 60 yarder.
lol.
This is 3A MS football too. To say no one will play college football is an understatement.
