In case nobody knew, the State of Louisiana has been blessed with some astonishing talent. These kids coming out the next 2-3 recruiting classes is second to none in the country.
You will have a ton of those guys play on Sundays.
Question is...how many will play at LSU?
Can anybody tell me why are we doing this (offering all these OOS guys)?
Winning cures all what's going on with in-state recruiting. LSU need to win the big games and championships and it wouldn't have those problems.
There is no quick fix! LSU should play to win and be aggressive. Don't be afraid to lose. If you are afraid to lose, you will lose.
We have the guys in this state to win championships!
Stop looking at the stars and get the talent !! Louisiana is loaded in case nobody knew!!
Cole Kelley needs to be a Tiger!
Question, does anybody know if he wants to play at LSU? Something is wrong here. Tell me what's the problem here?
If you want Cam Lewis, you better go get the Ladarius Thomas kid from Wossman too. The kid can play FB or LB. Take the kid! We have a need for him at both positions.
Bama might be doing like they did with the other group from Monroe.
Should have taken the Turpin kid too. Now TCU is in North Louisiana. We don't know how to close the doors and windows!
The best talent in Louisiana history and we are f..king around like this.
Get the in-state guys. If not, the country is going to raid the state now and in the future.
Let some of these guys go outside of the state and have great careers.
Now you are really screwed !!
Yes, we need a few OOS guys, but not more than 5...end of story!

Regardless of it's in state or out of state, we should sign the best players in the country. Period. Doesn't matter where they live. This should be common sense.

YOu seem to know just about nothing about how LSU recruits. You may want to stop starting threads and just read for a while. YOu may learn something.

i bet you're one of those guys that think the Saints should draft all LSU players

LSU would struggle to be a top 25 program if they signed 20 Louisiana kids every go-around. The state has a lot of talent, but it doesn't encompass all of the position groups year in and year out. They have to go out of state every year to address some of those needs. Linebacker in the 2016 class is a good example of that. Good players don't make great teams; great players do.
LSU has built a national brand that allows them to go just about anywhere to steal a kid. Without Tashawn Bower, Sione Teuhema, Deondre Clark and Arden Key on the roster, they'd be in some serious trouble; each of which is from out of state. Christian Lacouture, Travonte Valentine and Maquedius Bain are from out of state and will be 3 out of the top 4 DT's in the rotation this year.
LSU has to continue pushing the envelope nationally if they want to continue being a top-tier, consistent program.

The room is spinning.. fr..from stupidity

Because LSU has wasted more time on some in state talent that just wants to play games with the process. If they are good enough they will be offered.
Academics believe it or not actually hinder some of the LA prospects as well.

God you're stupid. You act like it's all LSUs fault that every instate kid doesn't get an offer or doesn't want to play here. Some of them quite frankly aren't good enough and others just "don't have the chest". I'm happy with players who want to come here and bust their arse for the P&G.

You are right, we should have never accepted Patrick Peterson's pledge.
Or Rohan Davey's.
Or Joseph Addai's.
Or ... well you get the point.

i did not know the world revolved around what goes on in Louisiana only???

Please provide a list of the kids in Louisiana who do not have offers, and explain why those kids are better prospects than the out of state kids LSU has offered at the same positions. I'm not interested in your hindsight. So please limit your response to prospects who have not signed letters of intent.
