Normally it's cool to hear stuff like this... But the kid literally said while he was still committed that he was 50/50 to TCU. Not in a weight room or to friends, but to a reporter. OP deserves a little razzing on this one.

To everyone complaining about me saying anything about tcu, that was background information, or in law school, it is called grounding for an argument. I was providing the point that I doubted him when he told me that tcu was a major player months before Sullivan decomitted, had any reports out to the press, or even a thread on the rant. That grounding, evidence that points to the fact that maybe the source is getting legit first hand information that is accurate, is what led me to believe him when he told me it wasn't just tcu he was considering, but auburn as well. Please tell me where the rant or any reports are saying auburn is a major player. My source is not the rant, read the post and you can clearly see who I give credit to for being my source. Now, you're getting upset because of the tcu statement, but miss the main point of it even being there. I usually don't post anything on here because people bash and criticize anything they don't deem up to standard. I visited Texas a year ago to check out some prospects and talked to a few of them. One of my first posts on the rant was asking about our chances with them. Because some fancy website or holy man on the rant didn't ask, the responses weren't serious. Sometimes, it's best to take the information (with a grain of salt of course) and thank the messenger rather than bash him. Because when they do know something knew, they'll be more tempted to share it with you rather than share it and hear steady complaints.

Hey genius, the points about tcu is clearly stated as old news. The main point of the OP was to announce that auburn is major player as well. Get your head out your arse and actually read, draw conclusions from index clues, and then you'll understand.
