Michigan played 1 team Ohio st if they win there in the playoffs. SEC totally different you have to get the best players or another SEC school will aka Alabama and Georgia the ones actually winning the playoffs!

Once again, I don't accept your basic premise. That the 5* are REALLY the best 32 players. Might I remind you that Howard and Campbell were both 5* for MOST of the 2022 class until the very end when magically they were dropping to high 4*. You honestly believe that Will Campbell should NOT have stayed a 5*? Thus, you basic statement falls apart at the seams. Oh, and shall we visit THIS year's 5*...yes, please do I say. There are 5 5* players from Alabama...1 from Louisiana...only 6 5* from the giant state of Texas. You honestly believe that the STATE of Alabama is the center of the HS football universe? These ratings are BOGUS...pure and simply.

I will post my own ratings after NSD-Part 1 of the LSU prospects. Some will be higher...some will be lower than 247 composite. Sneak preview...Reliford will NOT be a low 4*. He will either be a top 100 player (high 4*) OR a 5* if I consider him in the top 32. Oh, and Durham will NOT be outside the top 100 national players either. To believe the recruiting services SUBJECTIVE opinions is equivalent to believing in the Easter Bunny.

BTW, where did you get the idea that A&M finishes in the top 5 in recruiting a lot? This year so far and years past...247 composite....20, 10, 1, 8, 6, 4, 17, 13.

Actually, Michigan played 3 top 20 teams...Ohio State, Penn State (favored vs Ole Miss BTW in bowl game), and Iowa. And before you ordain Alabama as such an awesome team, you remember then LUCKING OUT big time on that Hail Mary in the Auburn game...a mediocre team to be kind. If the Auburn DC had any intelligence at all, he would have rushed more than 2 players on that game-losing play. If Alabama lost that game as they clearly should have, they clearly wouldn't even be in the CFB playoff.

It’s saying one those 3 schools will be in the top 5 most years recently. Not all three are in the top 5 every year. And 5 stars have a far higher success rate of being impact players and NFL talents vs 3 stars. So yes the more 5 stars you get the higher the chance of 1-2 of them being difference makers. If it didn’t matter then riddle me this, why do the same schools always win the title it seems like? If stars an recruiting had zero meaning then anyone could win a title, but they can’t, only the top schools win it.

How are the Buckeyes doing on the national stage?

I’d say they’re doing pretty fricking good. They’ve only made the playoffs almost every season in the past 5 seasons. But I guess that’s not too good.

It actually blows my mind how you haven’t caught on yet and realized Michigan has more Natty’s that Ohio state. You aren’t even fun to argue with
