May be true. But to those saying it would be funny if he had "white powder" or a "broken taillight"... that'll never happen in north Louisiana.
Remember the Alabama players up there, busted while out getting high with drugs and stolen guns in the vehicle? And the judge refused to "ruin the careers of two young athletes" by pursuing charges?
Yeah, that's the bullshite that needs to be run out of the state. Without that obvious special privilege shown in some parts of northern Louisiana, Saban and his goons wouldn't have a leg to stand on up there. Flip the script and imagine if two LSU players had been arrested on similar charges anywhere in the state of Alabama. They'd have been dismissed from the team for one. But likely it would have taken federal intervention to get them out of jail, and the ESPN talking heads would STILL be dwelling on it, and bashing LSU for their "thug players".
Bottom line... run out the corruption =

I'm not signing with him for a "used" car. I'm holding out for one off the showroom floor.

better depth
more balanced recruiting
not just relying on DBs and ATHs to pump up rankings.
front 7 recruiting is tremendously better
best QB class we've had in a while

That was the DA and his reasoning was much better than that. It was because we have A/C. Still tGOAT line I've ever heard in any legal case.

How can you "the staff has turned recruiting around" when we have had a top 3-5 recruiting class the last 4 years? What is there to turn?
I love how obtuse some posters can be. Always a black or white issue, makes me wonder how they operate in the real world.
Obviously he is referring to offering more recruits than have been offered in the past, going all out on officials (didn't always happen, Cam Robinson publicly talked about how underwhelming his visit was), and just a sense of aggressiveness more than in the past.
Les had some great classes, but oline, dline, and LB were criminally under recruited (Chavis, brick, and stud were to blame for a lot of this, but Les was their boss.)
Recruiting rankings aren't end all be all when you don't have well rounded classes.

I agree we have had great classes, but we have to breed competition and continue to get high rated LSU style players to buy into the system and backup players have to play at same level as the starters. IMO this year we didn't sub in enough players and we have to get more players involved on special teams. We play a lot of starters on special teams get some 2nd and 3rd stringers on kick and punt coverage.

We are rounding out depth, and raising the DT level. These are our priorities, and we are doing them better now. Aranda is helping this.

That doesn't mean shite when you arnt bringing in difference makers in your front 7 and o line. For reference every tackle recruit since 2014 minus jakori savage has left the program. We have guards playing tackle on our o line and our d line depth was atrocious. The Gilmore, Herron group wasn't really ready to play until readhort junior year. Our depth at lb is still bad but it will be fixed in the next 2 recruiting cycles.
What in trying to say is a top 10 class doesn't mean shite if your a top 10 class bc of skill players on a team that doesn't throw the football.

Just out of curiosity, what site did you use to gather that information?

I can't disagree with most of your post, but on this I definitely do. I can't believe that the coaches at LSU didn't put out the red carpet for this guy. The fact that Cam Robinson was supposedly "underwhelmed" by his visit likely has more to do with what extras LSU didn't offer him and what extras Alabama did. Cam Robinson was silently committed to Alabama for a long time, and people around him knew it. I don't trust anything he may have said about LSU not trying hard enough to get him. I think that was his way of getting his digs in at LSU.
