Ok then you'll be fine with allowing some of your top players to leave the state. Hell they don't even want to throw money at proven guys. Kelly doesn't want to play that game and I get it. But be prepared to miss out more often than not and having to settle for others to have bodies.

Set it up like baseball. Let them go straight to the NFL out of high school. Will cut down on some of the ridiculous NIL deals for the top flight players who think they can make an NFL roster. Once they go that route, that's it. Either they make it or they don't.

For the guys who choose college, the existing rules apply i.e. have to play three years (or be out of high school for three years) before declaring for the NFL draft.
