Agree, he stayed for Mom, whether he says it or not.

Why would LSU with the deepest secondary in the nation need to cover their arse because one player picked a different school?

You're exactly right. While any team would love to have LC, the real issue is if we lose an in-state player of that caliber to Saban.

Your thread is 100% false and needs to be whacked. Bama doesn't lead. LC ends up at lsu. He's just going to torture you as long as possible, like RR2 and Rasco did.

This. I was listening to a Sat show this week and the national guys were saying most of the kids think it's cool to toy with other schools and that LSU gets what they want in state. They didn't rule out that something crazy could happen but based on the class and who's in that it would be incredibly hard to get him off of LSU

Im not concerned about Bama cause they already have Eddie Williams in this class.

This, not to mention that Bama also signed the #1 safety last year in Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix. Bama has offered Elijah Shumate, who is ranked right after Collins by Scout. Saban wouldn't have offered Shumate if he felt good about LC. All things considered, it's advantage LSU.

Collins may end up at LSU but if he was true blue LSU he would have allready committed like some did last year i think he is playing head games with everybody

We'll live with or without him. I think he ends up in P&G though. Especially if we play well this season.

Yea, like Rasco, Rueben Randle or Sam Montgomery right? Nice logic.

I've some info about Landon Collins that I wouldn't trade for any other info in the world on him right now. If today were NSD, the kid would be a Tiger. Everyone needs to relax with him.

Cool but anyone who has actually followed his recruitment knows that by now. Doesn't mean Bama is out of it yet though.

Wouldn't he seem like the perfect Chavis hybrid 4-2-5 OLB/DB? You can call him a linebacker if you want, but it's a safety.

Whatever you say. Based on what I've been told, he's a Tiger if today is NSD.

He would be a perfect fit in Chavis' "3rd down and Chavis D".
