Is Michael Smith recruiting him by any chance? I know he joined the Arkansas staff from Kansas State, and he's always recruited Louisiana well (went to Jesuit or St. Aug, I'm pretty sure)

So you think that there is a decent chance that he could commit? I didn't think it would happen that quickly if we were to land him. I know he could still flip to LSU down the line but I figured he would hold out until at least summer camps.

He wants LSU, but his family is getting tired of the slow play. Dad doesn't want him to miss out on an SEC offer while LSU is deciding.

Oh well, looks like it's Arkansas for Sione. Wanted to commit today, but will do it when they return in July so his Mom can be there. She was at LSU today and didn't make the trip.

What impressed Sione was that the Arkansas Coaches knew everything about him and his family. Also, the fans knew who he was...asked for autographs, pictures, etc. Well played, Swine.
He wanted to commit then but his Dad wanted Mom there. She was in TS supporting Hoko Fanaika, who's very close to the family now. Have no idea what LSU will do, they've spent alot of time recruiting Boo, but they encouraged him to take visits, so it would be uphill now, due to the slow play. He'll be a very good player wherever he goes, IMO.
