Alex Cate & Perrish Cox started that trend

Well he is a bigger "boom" than sione according to his composite ranking. Keep trolling tard.
And you believe everything the rankings say? And you are calling me a tard

Stick to the paper rankings, that works real well. I guess 3-star John Battle and Donnie Alexander aren't good recruits either

quote:Yeah, that sort of bothers me. But that's how this works (have to remind myself). That's why I won't get to upset if the reverse happens too- CLM pulls a kids offer because of a bad season, injury, or grades (99% only to an OOS, doesn't do that to in-state talent).
So we were one of the few schools to honor his scholarship after he hurt his acl, and then he decomits from us, alright that's cool.

For the record, I agree. I wanted Boo in this class, just not going to nail him to a cross for leaving. Next up

He's got family up there per bowtie
They're in the Houston Airport and his Dad will get back to me soon.

Yes - patience. But still a little surprised to see some of what is happening so far.
We have room for more than 11 considering some early enrollments might count back??

I wish he would have come in and taken the Magee route...he would have eventially gotten his shot..
I agree with you. Just a different day and age now, and especially with RB's in our program. Guys like James Wright, Magee, Kadron Boone will always have special places in my heart. Seems like the kind that just showed up and did what they had to do. Wright went from being a starter, to solely on special teams and he plays one play a game...a crack back on a linebacker on a sweep

Every year someone is supposed to pass Boone, but he always ends up at some point making a big play (UGA game).
But can't blame a kid for not wanting to wait several years to even really sniff the field probably and be behind supposedly the best RB since Peterson. I'm interested to hear what Bowtie says after he talks to the dad. As a guy from Gonzales, I really liked Boo just personally because I like seeing guys from the AP go to LSU

Good luck to him.

I think both Boo and DW are very good, but at different things. DW is your prototypical Les Miles power back and Boo is more of all purpose spread offense type back. I won't say who I think is better, because it doesn't matter what I think. Only matters what the staff think.

Thanks for making my point of having the dumbest fans. With a name like GeauxAggie, did really need you to post to prove it.

This kind of reminds me of Kevin Taylor. Didn't he decommit after blowing out his knee and commit to Nebraska.

We are definitely finishing with some very strong and talented recruits.
One I really wish we had gotten that is harder to replace was CRob Robinson. However, it happens.

+1 on the 17th 88. Thank you for being a generally positive poster on this board. Refreshing.

Good for him. He'll have a better chance to get a featured role in OSU's offense

It was probabaly mutual
Could have been, or maybe Palelei saw a better opportunity @ OSU, or perhaps LSU started to cool on him. But this is one situation where I don't criticize the recruit, not like he did something stupid or to try & hurt LSU. I just wish he had stayed in state- Tulane, ULL, ULM, La Tech, etc.
