if you think about this, it would be a pretty stupid scheme for LSU to run. what is an 18 year old recruit going to do with poker chips? He cant cash them... maybe that was what Perriloux was trying to do getting into that casino with his brothers id, hmmm.
His parents can cash them.

Lache Seastrunk from Temple High School in Temple, Texas should be ranked like the number one or number two running back next year
I don't understand this. I lived in Temple the entire football season last year and didn't hear a single word about this kid. Not a single article about him or piece on the local news and they did a TON of local high school pieces.

His name started to blow up when someone brought his highlight film to the different boards. Between this board, TB, the national Rivals board, scout, etc, he has become a household name in a hurry.
He was only a sophomore last year so with all the Texas talent, it is not surprising he slipped under the radar b/c of his youth.
I don't know if LS will will the #1 or #2 RB in the country next year (guys like Jakori Gore, Michael Dyer, Lattimore, etc) may make that difficult, but he is a definite 5 star player and top 5 at his position.

I ran into an old HS buddy over the weekend who actually coaches at Temple HS and I mentioned Seastrunk, and he was amazed I knew the name... I chuckled and said they need to quit interviewing him on the local sports show (1300am) here in Austin, the friend was again amazed and said he was only a sophmore and wasn't even sure if he wanted to play football or basketball... Thought this was quite interesting!

We don't need a recruiting coordinator anymore. We got a new one in Shep.

Lache is an amazing running back. He is blazing fast, does not go down easily, and can stop and cut on a dime. Great kid with a great attitude. He was very well know by his opponents last year. I have watched him for 2 years now and he is impressive. No one could stay with him at the Nike camp at TCU or at the UT mini.

Yeah Shep also guaranteed Loston would go with him to LSU....

He has a few months for that prediction to come true...

Shepard plus Seastrunk would be absolutely devastating in the backfield together courtesy of the great state of Texas.

This article was in March. When was that scout article about Lache's love of UT?
