Wrong. Ole miss is on sanctions. NCAA makes the rules, not ole miss.

Easily??? Really? Um, no. A waiver would NOT be easy, and even if it might be, the NCAA would be FAR more likely to grant it IF he was going out of conference or to a team not on Ole Missed schedule.
The NCAA is NOT going to grant him a waiver to go just anywhere, to go to one of these teams. They just aren't.

What dream did you get that idea from? The NCAA has never cared if you are transferring to a rival or an opponent of an old team, why would they? That is an Ole Miss concern, not an NCAA one. All the NCAA cares is, do you have a legit reason for getting out of your commitment to your school.
I don't know that the NCAA has ever said no to a waiver request to play right when escaping a team with a two year post season ban.
