Squirrel signs with the good guys. Btw, this kid and his family are humble and friendly, this is the type of kid you want in your program.

ETA: This is the best sprinter from LA since Trindon, althogh he runs different events.

I do not follow track that closely but I love that we stay at the elite level. Welcome aboard Sean

From an article on Hinds website from NJCAA nationals:

quote:

Laird finished his preliminary run with a time of 19.64. That time would rank 9th all time in history of the world according to IAAF behind the likes of Usain Bolt, Michael Johnson, and Tyson Gay.

Did but quit to focus on track. Injuries from football really derailed his track season last year.

I don’t think you saw my post last time we were talking. Did you ever hear what happened to debby thymes? She just vanished and never resurfaced

I hadn't heard anything. Maybe it wasn't an amicable departure and she didn't want to stay in coaching.

They are getting Wren too, and I wouldn't be surprised if he switches to track full time after a year or two at UGA.

I’m surprised he was a take in football for UGA

They may want to run a certain package with him as he could be their Trindon. UGA might be trying to lay a foundation to recruit in NOLA which wouldn't be the worst idea.

I skimmed through the article and didn’t see Bama mentioned. It said it was between LSU, Texas, A&M and Oregon.

It did say this dude is fast
