Two more DB's! Just me but I would rather take a few more linemen in each class. We are going to have more WR's then both offensive and defensive lineman and way more DB's than offensive and defensive linemen.

Don't see it working out unless they go to UCLA because Goodman doesn't seem as high on LSU as Willis is and USC probably doesn't have room for Goodman.

I always figured it would come down to UCLA vs LSU battle for these two. maybe Washington gets in it but for now those two schools are far and away the likely landing spots for willis and goodman.

LSU has already started to lay off goodman. He will go to UCLA, so it's up to Willis if he wants to play with him or come out east
It's excellent timing that we get Willis to come to baton rouge 2 days after this commitment though. We can push to him that he's our priority, while he is USCs back up plan

I've actually read that UW is "in the driver's seat" for Goodman as of a week or so ago. If UCLA is a school that both of them really like though and they are actually serious about the package deal, then I could see that happening because I haven't heard much about Willis and UW.

yeah, I was lazy by saying he was going to UCLA 100%, I meant he was 100% staying out west with UCLA leading

Agreed I said the same thing yesterday. The big name recruits who would normally wait till February know they can't. Just a few spots and they have to commit ASAP!

We don't want Goodman. It happens. Willis is the guy we want. If they really want to play together then it will not be at LSU.
I think Brazil is talking about Cutrer as the 6th. He has played CB on the 7 on 7 team. After Robinson, Willis is all that's left on the DB board, for now. We could take more but liekly will not. We could have Jermaine Antoine, Will Likely and a few others if we wanted them.
