quote:I'm wondering what makes the OP think "we all know" that "Robinson has said he would like to play together with Sims in college." I've never heard that before. Is it common knowledge (and I just haven't been paying attention)? Or is that something the OP heard in a conversation, read somewhere, made up, or what? I don't know. That's why I asked (politely) for a link. Arse-hole.

I wouldn't put too much stock in their friendship. CR is going to do his own thing w/ or w/o CS. It's just a mater of CS deciding to tag along. I def wouldn't put any stock in their or John Diarse's friendship with Hootie. Hootie is all about his mom and himself. Not a selfish guy, just worried more about what's best for him than he is his friends. I think we can get all three. I think the 2 to worry about out of the guys from NELA would be Hootie and Robinson. I think JJ27 will agree w/ me on those two. I think you have to offer Sims bc he is physically ready to play and has tons of upside if he gets the right person coaching him. Right now he's making it on talent and athleticism only in a throw it up there and let Cam get it off.

I have to question how all the recruitniks no this and the LSU coaches don't know this. the LSU coaches have way more and better information than anyone else. you want us to believe that Hootie is more influenced by Sims than Diarse.

For me I'm basing my info on the fact that they've worked for me during youth football as referees. The past 2 years Diarse and his dad worked for me as well and we always discussed these things. Anything can change but to think the coaches don't know this as well would be assuming a lot. As for red and what he knows, red has a pulse on all of the recruiting and is a good person to listen to. I just have info on the guys up here due to my above statement and the fact I work closely with their coaches when I use their fields for some of my games and tournaments and continue to speak with them during the year. It's not like I'm dropping booms. I'm just giving what I hear.
