I bet Fluker ends up as a OG. I saw him at the AA game, and I think he is probably around 400lbs. Probably too big for Tackle, but if he did play tackle, and they got massie, that would be one hell of a running o-line.

The thing about that game was Fluker sprained his knee 2 days prior to that game during a practice. That week people were raving about his quickness and there was video to prove it, and the reason he was so highly touted prior to allstar week was just how quick he is (no matter his weight as a tackle), but to go along with that 350lbs is amazing.

Now his footwork needs a bit of work, technique wise, but he's certainly quick

Saban can recruit O-line better than most.

Rival's and Scout's recruiting class ratings are like Merrill Lynch money market fund ratings. It's better to wait and see what the bottom line is in 6 months.

Read a scouting report on Flucker saying at OT he's not quick enough to handle speed rushers in the SEC.

if things fell into place Bama could end up #1 for the second year in a row
Well then they'll win another "Saban" the Rivals' Recruiting National Championship Trophy.

USC signs one more 5* or two more 4*s, they take over. I know it don't mean crap, but just saying.

True. USC is more a threat of taking the top spot than Bama

That settles it. I hope Saban tells him to go piss up a rope. If a recruit can't get a good rating on Scout, they're irrelevant to the process. Aight?

DeMeco Ryan was a 3 star NFL Rookie of the Year. I just don't put too much stock in what these recruiting sites have to say. Ranking recruiting classes this year is as relevant as it was last year. It's just something to fill up the offseason.

they were not #1 last year. after the dust settled and the players finally got on the teams nd turned out to be #1. you can sign 40 players but if only 15 make the grades to get in you can't claim all 40 made you a real #1. tenn. signed 30 or so players a couple of years ago but only about 20 actually got on the team.

Some are predicting Bama to sign 8 more all 4 star and higher. If those 8 sign Bamas final point total on Rivals will be within ten of 2950pts
Lsu is currently at 2517
i can post the formula if some of you'd like to work it out for yourselves

and to the guys saying Bama didn't finish first in the enrolled rankings last year you are wrong. Kerry Murphy(6.0 4*) was just added to last years class putting them back over the top. Enrolled ranking is ridiculous anyways and doesn't even show up when you search the past class rankings on the site
