Cam and the things he did that had an effect on Franks decommittment, but that's in the past. We need to look forward to getting Haskins on board.

Yea.. I hear ya. I think Haskins would be awesome for our awesome. More accurate and keep defenses honest with scrambling

yes I agree though, either way we can't come out of this recruiting cycle empty handed without a QB
I honestly truly do like Haskins as well, I thought he was going to commit to us earlier in the cycle but it's now looking like Franks might have been the one who prevented that.
I hope we can get him back on board. I didn't know that KT2 was his cousin until reading it on this board but that's good news and I also know that's he's pretty close with Saivion Smith who is a huge recruiter for us. I think with those two in his ear along with the heat that the coaching staff will be putting on him. I don't see how he doesn't flip to us or atleast we are a close second, but no one wants to be a close second in this game.

Yea awesome football team.. Haha. When savion committed. Haskins tweeted and said I can't wait to play with you. Hope he just gets down for a OV. Make sure Kevin Toliver and savion are on campus.we have to have a QB in this class. I wouldn't mind get Zachary guy and Haskins. I think you need two QB's at least every class

The problem with the Zachary guy is we all know he will never see the field at LSU, I don't want to put it this blunt but why waste a scholarship on a guy you know isn't SEC caliber and won't ever play...?

The same was said about Dak too. With the talent LSU gets in backs and receivers, you don't need an NFL QB. We just need one that can accurately throw the ball on short routes.

I've said it before. The conference does not have a single Elite QB. IMO. I hear reference to "SEC caliber QB" as if we're talking about the nations top QBs. This is a "running league". The SEC (as whole, but especially LSU) does not require much of its QBs. We need a guy that has it between the ears more than anything else. I believe that any QB who wants to really distribute the ball around, should be looking at the B12 or Pac 12. The SEC just needs a game manager a QB.
