Recruiting Summary...and Predictions....

Here is my stab at some Recruiting tidbits for you guys, based on 2ND Hand information, but from Coaches mouths.
Losing McFarland today definitely hurts, Staff obviously wanted him bad...can't force someone to come here.
Right now there are 19 Commits pending signing wit LSU come the first Wednesday in February. DeAngelo Benton and Rocky Duplessis are two guys who will be resigned.
So that puts us at 21....Kellen Theriot of the 07 Class will count back toward the 06 Class letting us sign a player (like sheppard) who will come in at mid semester to count toward last years class.
That leaves 5 spots open.
Loston
Mingo
It is my understanding that these two are basically Locks
That leaves 3 spots open for:
Randle
Jarvis Jones
Xavier Su'a Filo (Will take a Mormon mission so won't count towards this year if signed)
Debose
Ed Stinson
Now the guys they would love to end up with are obviously Jones, Debose and Randle.
.
However they are bringing in a couple of guys who can count toward last years class (Allen, Sheppard)
So one more open spot...maybe for Ed Stinson ? We shall have to wait and see.

I honestly think Debose goes to UF with the way they are playin. Then no idea on jones...you can have him 
I just don't see Xavier signin with yall (gut), and hopefully stinson and RR will end up at BAMA! 
(We probably have a better shot with Stinson)

i agree...and while RR is a huge catch, w/ Debose in the bag, LSU gettin Jones is a must get over RR..IMO

debose is not commited to LSU per rivals....MORON. Also, stinson has a better shot at coming to bama than LSU. I see him ending up at bama.

well did you ever consider that maybe rivals doesn't know everything? moron... this is coming from someone very close to the situation. and of course you thinkh that stinson is going to end up at bama, but as of right now you thinking that would be wrong, now i'm not going to say that he eventually does end up at bama, but right now what i'm hearing is that lsu is far and awaay the team to beat.

Well maybe you should studyin up then because in an interview after UA MISS ST. Stinson said LSU was in the lead but the Bama visit made UA great strides and caught us up and maybe surpassed yall. Also he knows he would be a specialty player at bama. MORON. And don't give me this "close to the situation" crap. If he was so sure of his commit he would have annouced by now. There are things called "rumors" and I'm sure what you mailman told you was just a rumor.

Ok whatever we'll see waht happens and yah like was said before i also suppose now that davenport and ford and bell and jackson are also goin to bama seriously give me a break. That shite about stinson yet again is from rivals and yes i read it. i don't really care if anyone believes me or not but i know what is happening with these young men so take it fwiw

Yes Champ......in all seriousness. Debose is basically a silent it seems so rivals won't have anything on their site.
Also, I'm not sure what I think about Stinson. He's not one that I will lose sleep over but does look like a hell of a player. What's your take on Campbell and his visit this weekend?
