Can the recruiting gurus on this board explain to me in somewhat detail the system of star ranking, player evaluations, etc. Who exactly are the talent evaluators in this system and what metrics are used in determining the rankings of the athletes. TIA

Can’t find anything on this guy that jumps off the page to convince me he’s this master all-knowing talent evaluator. It appears to me these recruiting analysts are interested in getting subscriptions to their sites more than they are actually scouting experts who are truly skilled at evaluation.
