I was looking at him as a 10-15 round pick but then I saw how high was ranked on Rivals and knew I wouldn't get him. Wouldn't surprise at all if he ends up being the best freshman WR in the nation

Team Dro selects Todd Gurley, RB Georgia
Ht:6'1"
Wt:195 lbs
Gurley is a running back with good combination of size, power, hands, and speed. He is not a burner or a back that punishes defenders each run, but he can run inside or get to the edge. He does a good job of running with patience, seeing the holes before they open up, and just letting things develop before he moves forward. He is an athletic kid that will get bigger and become that big back with good speed out of the backfield.

His ranking was high and he number was right where I need to pick him, but that wasn't my main thought of picking him. He is going to play in the pac 12 and if he can catch the ball he will be in an offense that will give him the opportunity to catch many balls in his career.

ItsThatdude Selects Marcus Maye, S, Florida
LINK
Maye is a great athlete and two-way standout at the high school level who will likely setting in at safety in college. He has a tall, longer frame with some good thickness and the room to fill out making outside linebacker a possibility as well.

Seems like a lot more DBs have gone in the first few round this year than last year.

I know most of the Top CB's and Safetys are all off the board.
Including players that are listed as Athletes, but project as Defensive Backs.

2 of my top 3 DBs are still out there.

Last year through 4 rounds = 8 DBs
Then 4 went in the 5th round for a total of 12.
This year there have been 19 DBs selected up to this point. (does not include Davonte Neal, who I think will play CB)

If he goes to Zona you think Rich Rod is gonna let Casteel have him?

Rich Rod
That should answer your question.

No. I don't think he would play CB with Rich Rod as a coach.
I do think he is a better talent at CB, but with that system, he would be more valueable on offense.

Yeah, I was in a meeting kinda half focused.
Should be interested to see where he goes.
Come on Spence!
