Couldn't agree more, many on this site are being Asses. Some of you will call a guy an idiot for saying "Go Shepard". This is a message board for LSU Fans ..... but it often turns into a crowd of clickish junior-high girls. I'm waiting for personal "my-yearbook" pages to pop in.

Chicken should post a sticky reminder that this place is for the enjoyment of all Tiger Fans. So lay off the personal cut downs and respect other peoples right to their opinion.

Some of you people need to go do something with your life so that you can have some personal pride from something OTHER than what you post on these threads. You are way too serious and full of yourself.

Lighten up - We Be Breauxs - If only through LSU.

I know, I know, - Im a friking moron!

Keep it up an you'll ruin a good thing.

DMitch who do you liken Ruebens skill set to in the NFL? After watching all of his games the last couple of years, I can see some Randy Moss in his long stride, but more Larry Fitzgerald type hands. Rueben catches everything. Thoughts?

Clean shake that dude off. He's talking out of his arse. Shannon has consistantly recruited high character guys Ever since he got there. They'll shed the "thug u" name soon enough. Btw how good would LSU have been id we had Kyle Wright the past 3 years?

none of that matters if they cant win games

Dmitch, i enjoy talkin to you in civil conversations and enjoy your info! Hopefully you can give us awesome info around national signing day and be with us for a couple of more years!

With NFL WR i would say he does have Moss like stride, but is also a possession WR. My favortie part in his highlight is the spin move and stiff arm

Look at this from the mouth of a 'cane. Theres been two like this where the players are taking steps to turn the program around. On team leadership Shannon said "thats a good idea" - It wasn't HIS!

quote:

sometimes the coaches were more worried about punishing the guys that weren't doing anything

quote:

It's just a combination of some of the players we had to get rid of were kind of cancerous to the team, that really brought us down, didn't care about football

Shannon is no leader!

Yeah I am hoping dmitch can let us in on what is happening at camp as far as his brother is concerned. Frankly speaking I have never had the privilege of going to one, nor have I even visited one.

Miami has a long way to go, but they are doing great with the recruiting. I can't believe someone would deny that.

My brother in law (huge UM fan) said that UM recruited 4 top notch QB's last year..

The QB position has been a huge problem for UM the last 5 or 6 years.

His attitude is , surely one of these guys can be "the guy"

I can't either. And I wouldn't.

I actually like Miami after LSU, ( because of the way they used to play) I'd like to see the team come around, I just don't think Shannon will do it - theres been too many bad signs ( other than recruiting )

They did great last year but lately theyre very top heavy, they are offering a lot of lower tier recruits most big colleges wont offer.

This is a helluva class last year overall though.

Top heavy or not. Might take two years to pay off, but it will.

Agreed - but what if they get re-infected with bad attitude/character guys and the staff won't fix the problem again?

A guy like RR, like a Joe McKnight or a Chad Jones, cannot go wrong. He can play for any college team in the country and will pick a school that he feels most comfortable at. The important thing for him is to be able to sift through the spin. Look at the facts. Here, I think LSU does very well. LSU this century has won 3 SEC titles (in the best league in college football), 4 BCS bowl games and 2 national titles. They have sent 6 WRs (Reed, Clayton, Henderson, Bowe, Davis and Doucet) to the League as early round WRs included 3 first rounders. I have all respect for Randy Shannon but Les Miles is every bit the character person that Shannon is and Les has the accomplishments to go with it.

If RR chooses LSU, no one can question the decision and I think it's one he'll be glad he made. As Tiger fans, we can point out the superiority of what we have to offer vis-a-vis Miami without resorting to name calling.

That is all.

Here's to RR and his senior year.

And here's to RR becoming a Tiger next February.

Dude thats what i thought when i first came here ..Right out the gate Rantards start talking shite to me. Wasnt until a few weeks went by i realize those people just arent all there if you know what i mean.
You can spot the ones that are knowledgeable and decent guys by their posts. Certain people here are very enjoyable to read too.
Books is one. Dude seems to know his shite. I like that. Ro,Clean,Lynx, people like that who put work into getting their info are goods reads also...Even if you dont agree with them you still have to admire the work they put in.
One thing i agree with..If you want to flame, take that shite to the Rant or OT.
That is all.
