You are correct. Thought I had read we had picked up a second but we hadn’t. Doesn’t really change my point. Hell if we just get 5 quality 5 year senior starters and then fill the remainder from normal portal, then we likely are still miles ahead of last years team.

Riiiiiiight...THATS why Wade can't get or jeep players. We are intentionally waiting for something that might not happen! Uhhhh, NO
Maybe its the fact that top talent dont want to play for wade this year. Aside from my disliking the wade hire, ill be straight.
A 5* portal guy isn't coming or committing here without knowing there's talent around him. NO WAY they come to be on a lower teir talent team. It would kill their own rating.
Wade is gonna have to coach up some mid talent guys and get a few wins, before any top talent comes here.

Wade has a well thought out plan of courting overseas players and hoping for the 5 for 5 plan to yield some one-and-done players plus some lagniappe of a HS player or two reclassifying;
Or
There’s a creek, pirogue, but no paddle.
