Since we now understand players can enter portal , then remove themselves by signing with their current school ( D Williams for example), but then re-enter the portal to transfer (supposedly)

When in fact can we say a player is for sure on the roster for spring? 1) they are not in the portal when it closes, correct? Also, once someone agrees to stay removing the portal tag?

I will be glad when the portal closes and we can confirm who is a TIGER !!

I agree 100% on the re-signing myth. They aren't worth the paper they are written on. However, if money has exchanged hands obviously that has to be repaid. But IMO, the actual legality of these "resignings" is a figment of someone's imagination. The Seattle TV reporter came to the same conclusion and so will any legit lawyer. As the reporter said and a sports attorney said, there is no entity with the power to even try to enforce it.
