Lol "SEC West" , ask Auburn how that worked out for them

You beat one of the worst Auburn teams in the last 10 years and it took their shitty starting QB getting hurt to do it.

It's hard to win games without a compentent QB. I can understand why AU lost that game.

OU would be battling Ole Miss and Arkansas for 4th in the SEC West year after year. Facts. The Big 12 is the worst conference in the country and the defense is ATROCIOUS. Jacob Phillips dad knows what's up.

"Son, you can either go to the school that MIGHT get you drafted or the one that will make you a 1st round pick."

Tough choice.

So is Bama also a stepping stone program?

No the blue bloods take from the rest. They'll take Dabo like they took Saban

Are you insane? OU gets basically their pick of DFW talent, they would be battling Bama and LSU for the SEC West crown every year.

Yeah the only problem in my opinion is Jacob being a stand up kid and feels bad about decommitting from Oklahoma. If he wants to get to the NFL on the defensive side of the ball the SEC and LSU is where he needs to go.

Agree to disagree. When you have no defense you aren't competing in the SEC.

You are ignorant.

Saban left LSU to go to the NFL, then left the dolphins to coach bama.

We were a stepping stone to the NFL. I'm okay with that.

People forget that when these kids get home and the buzz wears off, they usually don't flip

Right

We saw what an elite offense (Louisville) can do against an SEC team.

Eh..He'll get drafted high wherever he goes.

In the last decade, OU has had 1 defensive player drafted in the first round. In that same span, LSU has had 8 defensive players drafted in the first round. And in a couple months you'll be able to add 2 more guys to the list. If I was a defensive prospect the choice would be obvious. Clearly LSU is head and shoulders better at producing NFL talent than OU. And Phillips is far from a finished product. He needs the right development. Mike Stoops clearly does not offer that. Dave Aranda does.

I have zero confidence in anything he says at this point. He's too wet behind the ears.

If only he would have signed Brees in free agency that year.

Everybody knew you pathetic losers were going to beat Auburn, as Auburn completely collapsed in the second half of the season after their Arkansas victory. Be glad you guys didn't play us instead, because we not only would have shut down your offense completely like we shut down Louisville's offense, but we would have also embarrassed your defense and coaching staff at the same time.
